Where the figures come from

Nutrition facts come from the label published by the manufacturer or a distributor (the brand’s site, a retailer’s product sheet, Open Food Facts). The source is linked on each product page.

Brands mentioned

Brand names, logos and trade names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. They are cited for information, and imply no partnership.

Personal data

Data collected: The site requires no account. The only personal data collected is what you enter voluntarily in the contact form: a name if you give one, an email address, and the content of your message.
Purpose: This data is used solely to handle your request, in particular to reply when a reported error needs clarifying. It is never sold or passed to a third party.
Retention: Messages received are kept for twelve months after the request is handled, then deleted.
Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. Requests go through the contact form and are answered within one month.
Audience measurement: Traffic is measured without tracking cookies and without advertising identifiers. The data collected is aggregated: pages viewed, referring source, device type.
Cookies: The site sets no advertising or social-network cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be used.

Links and affiliation

Outbound links: Links to manufacturers’ sites, to EFSA or to the French consumer-protection authority (DGCCRF) exist to give the source of a published figure. The publisher has no control over their content.
